My family loves the AYCE shrimp. Until they discontinued it. This location is always polite and takes care of us! The food was delicious fresh and came out quick. Calamari is fresh! The seafood dip is tasty!
It's not often you walk into a restaurant and find both a pleasant atmosphere and a happy spirit displayed by the employees. I was quite impressed with the manager, Steve and the bartender Branden. Both gentlemen were focused and listened to the needs of the customers. I was quite impressed. I also observed a young lady by the name of Nadia was in the kitchen preparing the biscuits that were sensational. I would like to give kudos to the employees at this red lobster for a remarkable display of Customer Service. Your efforts were duly noted, and I appreciate the added attention given.
The food was awesome! I ordered pound of crab legs & a side for only $20. It came with garlic butter sauce & fried potatoes. delicious! My daughter ordered the 3 way, mix & match. She got the scampi (3 of them) a side, $20. The server, Juan, made it all great. He is the best in the business. Each time I dine there I request him. He knows what he's doing. His personality is what keeps us going there...not to mention, he makes sure our orders are always correct.
We always stop off here on way home for later eve drink or dinner after Schuster or south Dayton event. Usually sit at the bar. Customer service always great food excellent. Always at treat. Bartender Emily always accommodating!
My grandma passed away today and she absolutely loved Red Lobster. So we figured why not swing by and have a meal for her? Started off with a couple rounds of Patron to take the edge off and who doesn't love their biscuits!? Ordered the Crab Queso dip and their Crispy Dragon Calamari with spicy chili sauce. It was surprisingly good and something new we haven't tried after many visits My entree was the Ultimate Feast (fan favorite) with Maine Lobster, skewered scallops, and Parrot Isle Jumbo Coconut Shrimp plus cole slaw and wild rice. My wife ordered the Southwest Shrimp bowl and was a refreshingly light flavor that wasn't too heavy All and all, Red Lobster was one of my Grandma's favorite restaurants and was a tribute to her. We knew what to expect and everything was spot on. Steve provided great customer service and made us smile and laugh which we really needed this evening. Miss you so much right now Gammy!
